The company is good in business. Job security is there if you're in long term project. Trainings and skill development portals available.

Dislikes

HR never replies to emails. They try to pay to as less as possible. No enough focus on mentorship and grooming up new comers as everyone in busy in other important work. Annual performance bonus is just another way to avoid paying. 12 months long probation period and no salary hike or even the rightful annual component mentioned in CTC delayed by 6 months. No shift allowances.

To be honest there's nothing to like about a job/company if the salary is so unsatisfactory and there's no increment in it.

The way DPO employees get treated. Absolutely limited holiday as compared to other department.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

Dislikes

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
