...atever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Overall HCL is not a company and is a shop.

But when I hired in three year no promossion and salary increase for DP raiting is very very less If you are doing BOSS ki chat then you will be promote and get good amount hike with Pramossion . Doesn’t mean that what’s your performance score DP or EP rating…

Sec-126 NOIDA'S campus is very big and beautiful. That's the only thing I like about HCL. The project in which I served was good, team was excellent and very cooperative.

Good annual full body checkup for employees and their family

Dislikes

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench
