They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

I could see in most cases HCL is generally hiring resources who are serving notice period

It's a good company. Work life balance is good.culture also good, appreciated.

Dissatisfaction on salary and salary deduction, variable pay deduction. Over all bonus/vp/ other bonus deduction dissatisfaction

...ects to work, so there is bit security for job as you have plenty of work to do. Salary is on time. Will get chance to learn new things and certifications.

...process to pick persons who has not promoted for last more than couple of years. Salary hike is very less in percentage, mostly in single digit. Sometimes no hike at all. Fully micromanaging tool (Sapience) to check utilization of 9 hours, for which most of the employees are dissatisfied irrespective of theirs' successful project deliveries. No delivery office in Eastern part of India.

...ncy in feedback system. Resource managers are behave like Govt higher officials. Pay and hike are very worst. Internal tools works like a govt portals, it always throw erros. If you raise a ticker for an issue, it will take couple of months to resolve that too after creating multiple tickets for the same issue. I was creating ticket after ticket for my PF issue for one year. After one year also, it did not resolved. I fed up and left the issue as it is. The IT department is another worst dept. They will provide HCL VDI when you are using client VDI for your work. The HCL VDI is never worked properly.

Unless you are at higher band, there is no benefit. It is beneficial when you are manager.

Exploiting employees. Working in HCL has been nightmare. No leaves, no salary hike, no appraisals, no perks. Apart from that they introduce new policy to make your fixed salary to variable inorder to further deduct salary.
