The HCl is good company. I have done 3 year job in HCl as a service engg.

Dislikes

The work pressure normal . I have to work 9 to 10 hours. Some time 10 to 11 . The HCl company is very good for salary. Correct time and date.

Likes

Flexibility, work-life balance, no one bother who is doing what, heaven for manipulating people who don't want to work rather distribute here and there who has setting with Managers.

Dislikes

No skill development, no group activity programs, poor management, low salary hike, effective 6 month annual appraisal, monthly/annual bonus deductions, more like a worker factory. Management lacks and communication skills but learned social engineering.

...without any monetary benefits. You can't learn any thing apart from the project. Salary is very less. Hike also not good. Co-workers are not friendly. No welcome kit also provided at the joining.

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

.... Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy.

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.
