...n when you see that your house hold expenses is getting higher than your income. This is the big issue with the company that company does not have any policy or system for low pay grade employee to increase their salary to get them average salary grade. Even a 30k per month pay is counted in good pay for an employee who come with a 4-5 year of experience and associated with the company for 4 years. After 4year of service I have received 3500 per month increase in gross monthly salary including one pramotion. Even pramotion does not give you guarantee of good increment in this company.

-Zero Work-life balance -Super Low salary package -Negligible Appraisals -HR Team never respond -No Empathy towards employees' mental health, just overload of work. -No Overtime / Holiday allowance for working weekends -Hard to take leaves, even comp offs.

...mployee oriented company. No benefits are being given to ground level employees. It's the senior management only who is enjoying all the bonuses and compensation. No rewards for the employees who work hard. Also the work culture is bad, they expect to deliver more than the bandwidth. No work life balance

It is a good place for the newcomers to learn the basics in their field and will grow at high pace if they are working in the captive Unit.
