Appraisal & promotion process. Delivery team Mafia. Not providing/crediting appraised amount from April like every other company. Worst mid-senior management. Very commercial in providing health care to the employees. The good campuses and good health care units and good administration is only in couple of locations, rest is worst.

I would rather rate zero for screwing up some innocents life. This org is a perfect example for all those people suffering out there with pressure and working only for salary and basic needs. There is no leadership qualities, blame game is always up there. There is no hope for promotions and appraisals.

Mgmt feel like gods of Society, Do good things for tax exemptions

...oyees, No Canteen Cards for Tax exemption, Govt limit and pushed on Govt darely. We pay double tax for Giving out blood and Handling clients with burning hands. No less than Military of 1962

People are friendly and some managers are very helpful. People behave properly and work load is average provided you know your job well.

Dislikes

...lary hike is nominal... i worked for an year and 2 months ...never got any hike. Don't know if i will ever get the variable pay...which i should get as i have served the company more than a yr , but there are some hidden points ...you never know. Connect with me for details.

HCL provides me to work on different projects in different domain at different locations. It has provided the relocation options also. I got a chance to work in UK for 3 months. My colleagues was from various cultural background and I worked happily with them. Never faced any discrimination.

Dislikes

As per the experience mine package was very less. The work pressure was high. Even I worked hard but was never appreciated by my manager. Even during pregenancy I worked 12-14 hrs and released the project but after that also I was rated with least rating which was not justified. I got lot of appreciation email it most of time it was rejected during appraisal. Even I used to handle some of the team members but was never noticed. In last project I worked in 24*7 support model and did not get any backup.
