Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

...d positive. Max 2-3 days are given and the leaves are cut from our main balance. Many other companies are offering full 14 days leave without loss of pay if tested positive. HCL has a support for namesake but the manager and support won't provide any special leave if we're unwell due to covid.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.

No relevance for the LPA mentioned and take-home salary. Too many cuttings and dispersion. Don't expect hike and appraisals every year. Just for name sale they release and provide perks.
