Nothing. No clarity of action of owner's of compensation starting from SDM, DU Heads and Financial Org of the company

Everything especially the appraisal process. Leadership thinks that offering 1% to 4% as annual appraisal increase will people satisfied. The sense gets more absurd when external resources are hired at 25-30% at bought to sit with you. The appraisal ratings are mere gimmick as end of the day, percentage increase of ctc is not based on someone's performance rather SDM and other financial stakeholders of the project deciding it.

It has work flexibility and that was because I was working at the client location

HCL doesn't pay you well... The annual increment is usually around 2 to 4% . Promotions are with 0% increment. The HR is very unresponsive and rude

Partiality between male and female staff. For the girls there is no cab KM range, they can pick at any place but, for the male staff they fixed the KM range that they are struggling and it's impact on their work life or even mental health.

The seniors are very supportive and you will learn from them in a good and positive way

Salary hike is very less and appraisal cycle is also not so good and even bonus is less and you you get very less allownce for night shifts too

Bad work space and salary issues. TL worst behavior and HIGHLY REFER NO safety for girls.

For girls and team leader and RM and somebody in office they know behaving like worst behaviour and there is no safety for girls wrongly behaving
