Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going.... Wondering why all IT companies not taking care their employees but focusing only the top levels like ceo,delivery managers...salary increasing in crores every year Never ever recommend to anyone

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

I like the IT environment since I am from Mechanical Engineering background.

...y members, caste, favouritism for Managers, Business Department Unit heads, etc. No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.

If you are hired with particular package and you are okay with that take home until you want to quit,then this company is for you..

Working hours 12-14hrs Work life balance zero No hikes or even dry promotion. Package they mention eg 26lac then take home would be 80k. Mental peace totally depends on manager. Some managers doesn't know anything, literally anything 😕😕😕 but you need to work under them that too with pressure.

Good work culture and has great learning opportunities to enhance our skill sets to move one step ahead in our career. For learning is an excellent organization and vast variety of opportunities.

We can't expect good salary benefits and promotions. Even we do a good job in our work. It depends based on the project.
