Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

Nothing as such to like.

Dislikes

...d ask to resign. Complete harrasment. Won’t recommend anyone to join HCLTech. Despite being excellent performance , you will be given very very bad rating which in turn will effect your variable part of salary and your salary will start getting decreased. They will start deducting salary from your EPB section which is called monthly variable. Yearly variable will never be given to you. It’s a big loss joining HCL.

Dislikes

everything not present in likes. No one will get 100% salary, HR some how cuts variable salary. Hikes meant increase in variable pay which they wont give citing nonsense. HCL is the place where they exploit employees to the max.

Work environment is good. If you can manage to build a good rapport with the managers and team member you would enjoy your work. Work life balance is very good.

...te to new technology, sometimes they don't trust you, no futuristic approach. Pay wise very bad. Very minimal hike and leave policy is also very bad.
