...xperience and with HCL 3.5 years. HCL has all slow process with no transparency. pay you very less comparing pears and industry standards. when we request for pay rise as per market need to discuss with L2 manager or higher, they will behave like owner for company and convince you that nothing you did for company. If you in C code project you're done in terms of pay but they will charge more that industry standard with that client. while in project term if you do resign that information to client will be communicated after 75 days and relieve you on 88th day. even you have 1 year experience this company will talk about policy and change for their convenience without employee communication.

Great place to work only for people who dont have any commitments in.their life. Because. Best corporate life.

If you spend aroung 10yrs in hcl yr salary growth just ill be like 4 yrs. Worked for 7 yrs and put all efforts. When i resigned my seniors didnt ask me to stay or sing word.

Job security in some project like SEMI On time salary EOM Training and skill development etc.

EPB components in salary structure Interview for client for every project even after selected in HCL etc.

1. Job security ( It is most important, believe me) 2. Flexible timing. 3. 3 days work from office ( but not strict) 4. Work load is moderate. I mean if no load there then you will be bored right. 5. You can give training, take interviews to earn extra money.

Dislikes

1. Salary increment is as usual like other service based companies. 2. Limited referral bonus earn opportunities. 3. No cab/bus for general shift employees. 4. System is slow. Need to mail higher authorities to solve any issue in some cases. Feels like Govt Office sometimes. 4.

...ything depends on Client location only. unless no project means your in beanch. salary will vary based on Quarterly review rating. this is very very bad in HCL.
