The company is largest group & this plant established near my home. Our company is market reliable ,high quality products and has a global clients base.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individual unique stranghs , which is I have to take back my suggestion most of time

...thin organisation. Job is secured and moslty depend upon how you are performing. Company policies are quite good as it gives you salary time to time without delaying it and also hikes are good and you can enjoy havells product at special discounts.

u need to be well enough to work for long hours.. and that is something i dont like.. but u have to mould acc to situation and company needs. a bit of politics on minor levels.
