Supportive seniors, freedom in taking decisions, good salary structure, visionary and straight forward company management. Few years back, the company had major setback at one of its plants, due to which people working there feared job loss. But leadership team of management stood with employees and no one was sacked even though there was no production for long period.

I am working from the last 12 years. This is growing profitable cash rich company. Management is very good and salary credited in bank by the end of month. HOD provides freedom of work in professional manners there is no interferance of day to day working. I feel overall job satsisfaction.

...so down to earth person. Every employee of company for him like a family member. In the time of COVID situation owner didn't deduct the salary of any single employees of the company. Even he said to management inform to each and every employee if they require any medical help for family also company will be provided.

...is very bad in this team although there is tremendous growth is Ecom business 6. In e-commerce only favouritism works for promotion and salary hikes.
