... a joke here. Very toxic work culture in Procurement team, as per my experience. Avoid if you can resist the temptation of good package.

1. Though, I have a great experience working here, one Sr. most employee (11 years is a great number for her) was not supportive and such employees keeps all the tasks on pending. Similarly, administration partner is not not supportive when a task is shared with such employees. Basically, they will start harrassing you. My suggestion to management would be to have 1-1 sessions with employees with threatening them to make out of the office . 2. There is a partiality between permanent employees vs Contract (Manpower) employees. Basically, employees with contractual role are being treated badly, and at the stake of losing their job, if any dispute arises 3. Sometimes, I am assigned with the clerical tasks which is very painful. 4. Most of time, I am being told to take the responsibility of other people's liability and fault. More painful is when I discuss this with my reporting manager, he suggests me to give the resign. I hope management will soon work on these loopholes.
