It’s been a wonderful journey so far with GEI, this has literally changed my life. I would recommend everyone to come a be a part of GEI, wonderful salary with great incentives with a job security in today’s world especially in a sales job, management looks into your utmost growth and well being, leaves has been a problem here, complete work life balance is possible here, I would like to thank to all the GEI management to make this possible!!!

Working with GEI for almost 2 years now the salary and the incentives are good.

Too much of work and sales targets are high. My friends have given interviews for like 6 times now but every time get rejected for silly reasons. Promotion are slow it will take minimum 4-5 years to get a job title change like I’m a student advisor and if I would like to become a senior program consultant it will take 3 years and for TL another 3-4 years so the growth is very slow

No promotions soon, always delay in Appraisal Incentives are paid less. No activities like games Hr Team is puppet of management and it does nothing good to employee. Management is not a mature management.

Management is worst - new one bothers about employees, HR team is useless, fake certified great place to work and growth is very poor, promotions only happen after more than 2 years and mainly best performed employees, finally lot of politics

Delay in Hike letters and not explaninh why tge percentage of hike given to one individual, Delay from HR department, asking for a sale though there a issues with the leads what we get.
