Good environment, work culture.
Dislikes
Not happy with role and salary, which is not even matching with journey with company since I am part of Gspann many years. Even managers not interested to listen during pay hikes discussion.

5. They hire immediate joiners ; instead of talented engineers

What I like the most about Gspann is , its cultural principles. The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. However, a few individuals are tarnishing the company's reputation by engaging in favoritism and internal politics. Moreover, I like flexible working hours.
...vor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.
