The app takes screenshots of your screen every now and then, and if you don't sit continuously for minutes, it will show no productive time. You need to sit like a robot in front of the laptop, Santosh, and the company does not care if your eyes strain or your spinal cord breaks. They just want to see you and micromanage you. Only one thing I like here, and that too is just 40 percent of it, i.e., working from home, because the rest, 60 percent, the company is eating our lives by micromanaging us, and we are unable to enjoy even working from home. And I don't remember any other things to say good about this company.

Much of the disappointment is here. Advice to management: Hire some good, knowledgeable people who can tell you what is good and bad.
