At the time of Covid ,they cut down the salary of other state peoples.Worst management.

HR and HR policies are worst.All rules and regulations only for other state peoples.not for relatives and close to management persons.Worst work culture. Don't choose this company at any point.

Job security is there good place to work but need recommendations to get hike one year experience GET will get salary of 25 k .8 years experience in same company same qualification will get 15 k salary.

Salary structure low promotions for old people will not get after working 6-7 years appraisal are awaiting from two years .

Safety measures at site is not proper. serious accidents keep happening at site . No transparency is maintained Employees work like slave to reporting manager Difficult to manage ego of management. Poor Leadership

When I joined they didn't told that u need to travel but no information about it all of sudden they told me to go on site which not mentioned in JD. No training about field job. They told something while recruiting They giving different tasks which not told in interview. Worst department politics. I'm surving for my family otherwise

...moters of Greenko Group, Mr.Anil & Mahesh are really caring about the employees. During CORONA period work from home allowed and there's no reduction in employee benefits; Even bonus was paid inspite of no work for several months. Truly impressed by the first generation entrepreneurs, Shri Ail and Shri Mahes.

Dislikes

Too much HOD oriented, which may play havoc sometimes. The 4 stars mostly pertain to the work culture of the HOD. Otherwise, the company is a 5 star company.
