Only limited career growth esp at top cadre naturally. Identification and utilization of INHOUSE potential is poor . But by Other parameters Greenko Group is excellent.

There is no one thing. I literally hate everything about this Organization. Extremely bad culture, excessive politics, nepotism, no reviews or meaningful work, no purpose, no role clarity, the old employees who have not learned much being in this organization resort to politics to maintain their influence and power, there are many conflict of interests, they keep hiring freshers from NITs and IITs but don't give them or utilize them in significant works. The politics and isolation I faced here was horrific. Never seen a more toxic workplace. People hear about the name of the organization and get attracted and realise soon enough that they are trapped here. Miserable experience. This place is for people who do not want to work much and have a peaceful life. For people who want to learn and contribute meaningfully, it is not for them. They will lose whatever mental peace they have as their work won't even be acknowledged. To top it all, the credit for your efforts is handed over to incompetent pathetic people. I urge all the freshers and experienced who want some meaningful work never to join this organization even for the money.
