Salary is average for technical people's.Workmen union,they get benefits more with respect to responsibility hence burden upon management cadre. Paid health and life insurances.

The company is very good company i love my job do the very Maintaining regular basis and avoided the accident and incident at all working places.

implementation Compensation is decent but growth the work presser is very high sometimes i will support to all workers and implement as company policy and avoidance the incident.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Being a chemical industry the smell of CS2 was always keep us bothering. It's a small town having less entertainment facilities. Still like the period and learning in the industry still help me to handle my current job.

It is a good company - anybody can join and continue. Salary may be slightly low , but it will be a very stable job. Managers are very cooperative. Residential colony is good. Learning opportunity is there.

Growth is very slow.
