No future sustainablity plan. They are hiring like anything. They don't have proper organisation structure. All managers skills are very poor. They always play politicise with their juniors to save his job. They do not have any future sustainablity plan. Everything is temporary. Working in GPS means, you are compromising your future. In future very less job security. Rest you are to judge. No skill development.

Likes

Salary credit on time. Alot of engineering aspect learnings. Flexible & friendly behaviour of all upper managment. Gps has Excellent approach to CBG field. Good facilities for employess and party culture also.

Dislikes

Promotions are distributed on achieving single task rather than looking out overall performance and qualification. HR team not actively participated in employee consideration. Hope HR team policies and HR managment improved in future for better work culture establishment.

1) no holidays on weekends - 24/7 working hours 2) Promotion depends on will of manager 3) high on internal politics 4) very very high attrition 5) Many senior person laid off from company 6) no job security 7) senior management abuse junior employees
