They will may your life miserable once you resign. 7. Bad reviews are given during background verification once the employee leaves the company. Many ex employee have filed cases against the company. 8. No policies. Policies changes on case to case basis for each employee depending on the scenario. 9. All policies are employer oriented. 10. Beware and be far from this company. There are many other issues.

Not valued of employee performance 5. At the end, target completion credit goes to only at lead and managerial level ,they do not value hard working employee
