Promotions and salary increases are minimal, and during emergencies, instead of offering help, they often reduce salaries. There is little to no support system in place for employees, and even basic facilities like a proper washroom are lacking. This makes the work environment difficult and shows a lack of consideration for employee well-being

Management is very helpful and this company has paid full salary and has not taken anyone's job in covid-19 pandemic.

Getting promotion above store manager is very very rare. Otherwise I have seen many customer care executive have been promoted as ASM(Assistant store manager).

Company growth year by year because his product is very good. Same febric not available any other brands so not competitors in same febric, In Only 9years is compny growth is very good.

Customer satisfaction is good about products. Staff satisfaction 99% good . No any let slalary or hold salary issue in go colors.
