Becoming less employee-oriented and lacks respect for its workforce. There's a noticeable decrease in open communication, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Employees feel undervalued due to the absence of recognition for their hard work, and there's a worrying trend of increased work expectations without consideration for work-life balance. Despite providing feedback, little action has been taken to address these issues. I believe it's crucial to encourage open dialogue, recognize employee achievements, and promote a healthier work environment

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

From salary pay side very perfect timing of the company, Some of the seniors is good support for juniors work

I was joined bond job. i am dislike this type of the agreements. But job is required that's why i was joined. If company engage the staff their self they left it's OK. Other wise based on agreement job employee dislike the job. and He can not get any type of confidence on his role.

Bad appraisal and promotion policy, corruption at higher level,internal politics, sir/madam culture, egoistic management, no work from home, no learning’s, no appreciation and award.

Dislikes

No promotion at all, salary increment for belo manager post is very less, Senior person will take all benefits good rating and increment. Three months notice period they release you forcefully they will make you serve three months notice period. In Five years I got only 2 lac increment from base salary which I have joined.
