There is nothing to like about this company, only some supervisors are good.

Dislikes

...ager, no one knows how to speak to employees, they act like they own everything. Salary issue in every month due to technical glitch on attendance update, which never gets fixed. Poor break management, you can't take a peaceful break, if you take, supervisors will start to call and Harras you. The management team is absolutely useless, rude behavior from them as well. Most of the time you have to do night or evening shifts despite being a domestic process, which you can't complain about as well, they will give the excuse as rotational shift. In office politics, if you are a loyal dog of the supervisors, you will get a promotion then only. In the name of configuration of your own computer for work for home, they will basically block everything, you can't access anything externally on your own computer, also it monitors your all action even when you are not at work, which is really a privacy concern, also in this you are helpless. You have to be invincible if you want to work here, no natural issues, health issues should happen to you according to them. So, these are everything, I will not gain anything by saying anything bad about the company, I also came here to work and gain experience, but my life turned upside down. These are nothing but the truth, I left here recently as soon as I got a better opportunity from a very reputed company. So, keep trying, but do not ever enter this company, that will be my wise suggestion. Still if you want to make your life hell, that choice is up to you.

They deduct salary unnecessarily,HR and management teams are worst, they promise lucrative incentives but they do not provide it. Double pay they promise but they donot deliver.

Worst AM I have ever seen, if you leave the company make sure you exit after taken salary, otherwise you will not get your compensation if you work for the whole month. Worst experience ever had.

Team Lead was a good one. Manager was good as well. However, the VP of this company. Never have I heard a person from a reputable designation speak in such an ill mannered way to his fellow managers and assistant managers and team leads in front of the associates. Personally never felt such issues due to my performance.

...atch 2 in the Zomato process. No overtime paid. And if failed to fulfill the 10.5 hrs of work time, salary was deducted as well. 2. For the 1st 2 months, we were paid incentives for working on holidays. However, waited for the Durga Puja incentive (3 days), Diwali incentive (2 days), Christmas incentive till January and never got paid. Not only me but my fellow team members werent paid till Mid january, after which i lost contact with them. 3. Breaks are for 1 hour, however, you need to inform your team leads and real time managers before taking a break, requesting permission from them each time. These real time manager' job is to spam the whatsapp group with messages like " team online now!" , " Come back from break fast!" , "All break freeze!" . (Yes their english is hilarious....i wish i could share the screenshots 😂😂) 4. Served notice period of 30 days. Was absent for 5 days during the period for being unwell and app issues due to which attendance wasnt marked. Was asked to stretch the notice period by 5 days. I stretched for 1 extra day. Salary was deducted for those 5 days and no incentives received in full and final settlement which was due since the past 3 months. 5. Oh and forgot to mention, excessive low salary. TLs have 1 weekoff and associates have 2 weekoffs (not fixed). Working hours 10.5 hrs. Most TLs have 0 communication skills. Yes, and their english....that will be your only entertainment for the day. Luckily my TL and manager werent like them. P.S. i resigned in mid January. My manager in January end and my TL in February (ALL after serving their notice periods).
