Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

The management in GLOBIVA is much worse than you can expect. The company will never give you a hike in your salary. Stack ranking score calculation is more worst. When you give feedback about the management rather than helping an employee and then go ahead and complain to the leader there is no word called "CONFIDENTIAL" to the GLOBIVA management. from the employee the feedback is just taken and never improved. They never give week off. Made us to work on week off days

Terrible job security, they will kick you out and then text you for rehiring. Half of the salary will be deducted for crappy reason.

...s one of the best company with well experienced trainers, HR and administration. Salary on time with monthly insentive,cab facilities, canteen. Celebrate every festival and what I like most is they celebrate sports day as well 🤣. Every coridor, office is so clean and decorated that it actually inspire you to stay there and work. I really miss my those days..
