Hike and pramotion:- hike is getting delayed from last 2 years. Also no proper communication about hike and pramotion. Pramotion criteria is transferent and not properly defined.

Globant is a great company to work with lots of perks and benefits. Salary will be according to market standards.

Dislikes

For some clients the work life balance is almost nowhere to be seen. You will be working for 12-13 hrs a day and sometimes on weekends also.

Good development projects, Pay scale is good, fixed pay. Nice office. Hybrid working model.

Dislikes

Hike got delayed by from 2 financial cycle. Internal politics can be seen among highly experienced employee in company. EY and HSBC account can make your work life balance hell.

...tomer satisfaction - Company conducts survey to see how the employees are doing. If you give negative reviews, instead of reaching out to you to find out why they instead go to your managers, who in turn makes up some excuses, rendering the whole process useless - Company has also moved the snacks timing to 6PM in the evening in the name of cost cutting

Small projects. Management will try their best to allign you to new projects, but due to cost cutting and current market situation not many options available, so you can not feel safe. No increments this year to avoid layoffs.
