Only salary is fixed part. No other benefits.

Dislikes

There is no job security for 6 year's experience guy..no hike since last 2.5 years...too much micromanagement... In a year will get 15 earned leave and it will be carry forward to next FY as count 5...after acuired by Hitachi too much cost cutting and no hike.. Don't fall on track of joining bonus and fixed component.

Work life Balance is good.

Dislikes

No appraisals or salary hikes from last 2 years, when asked the management will say next year it will be surely given. Even if you are a developer they will force you to work on support projects or will ask you to resign. Unprofessional HR, internal politics and favouritism. Suppose you are a backend developer with 4 years of experience but are in the pool, the managers will still hire people from outside for referal bonus.

Company has a good client base, and there are client on site and off site working is available according to the project, employee re-hire policy is good, hence a good work life balance culture.

Though fine place to work until you expect a good salary with decent hike every year, although work life is balanced but pressure to achieve the target is always a burden, where quality of work is sacrificed to achieve the numbers every quarter, also its a yearly hike (which they made from july i.e.) which does not go well if you achieve their benchmark as management holds 45% of your annual rating.

1. Lesser learning curve: The company lacks good development projects and most of them are maintenance and support, so learning opportunities will be very less. 2. High Attrition Rates: The team keeps on changing all the time due to high attrition rates. You will find working with a whole new team every 6 months because all the people leave and new people will join. 3. Development Team: The company does not have a good standard interview process because of which a lot people are hired without having good knowledge of software engineering.

Dislikes

depends on project and people ,which project you will be getting. Most of the employees are not staying more than 1 year. You will get new faces in each team every 6 months. Most of the projects are old technologies.
