Work Life Balance is pathetic especially in Hitachi and VZ projects. Skill development is not something that would improve here, because rushing to complete the work is focused than quality work. Politics. Appraisal ZERO in 2.5yrs, I spent there.

While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Bee there for 3years and no hikes. Managers are manipulating saying outside market is too bad don’t switch and the mean time no hikes. Managers will make you false promise. No promotion until you ask for it. Higher management will change the policy whenever they require.

Worked for 2 years and got only 2000 rupees hike.. didn't got any joining bonus as they promised.. Hr will connect and ask to drop a paper and they will release immediately.
