Poor Compensation they pay to support guys, old people are growing well and in comfortable position. They put all workload on support engineer regardless of how much strength on particular day.IT help desk is in really bad shape running like an shop.Helpdesk is managed by people who don't even try to use thier mind before implementing things and at last engineer work life and personal life gets effected. I would prefer not to join in IT team I have served 2 yrs there anyhow, in starting it all went good but later things become so terrible even ppl still working there are also not satisfied.

Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.

...bal logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year.

...career. They give amole opportunities for every individual to prove their worth. Though they don't match the industry standards coming to the compensation, they are the best company to give u a proper work life balance.

So many Cons here never seen incinteves including in the salary package and worst leadership and not in friendly environment and it one type of corporate school still asking doctor certificate for one day
