No increment since last 3 years. Work management and architects. No work life balance. No one cares about your extra hour work.

They pay more but it all depends on project for which they're hiring. Salary is not a concern here. Good hikes. Work from home. No micro management. Management is always reachable. Lot of learning opportunities if you can work parallely with your current project.

Dislikes

Its like a consultancy when they hire laterals because its purely project basis. Once the project gets over after 6 months etc you have to work on any technology as they hired you giving more package that risk will always be there. Lot of work pressure at client side projects you will feel like giving up many times. Some leads are not enough skilled as they just hand over responsibility to them. HR team is not friendly and you may feel like you're from a different company. You might have to work 12 Hrs to survive here.

Likes

G.L. is the best company in terms of Project's, services, career growth, learning new technology, work environment and flexible timings, innovations, training and development. Also has good working culture, adopts latest technology, process. There is onsite opportunities but it's depending on Ur project and client location.

Dislikes

The growth is good but compensation is slow, The work pressure depends on Ur project. Sometimes working for more than 10 hrs as per urgent client deadlines. All small events celebration is there but no Annual function kind of thing nor annual trip there.

Team members were good. Good company for freshers to 3 years of exp software profesionals. Then no learning oportunities.

Dislikes

Onsite opotunity are only for people who are in group with HR. Pramotion and good salary hikes are for people who are in drinking group of Managers

Job security is good as compared to some other service based company.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.
