The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.

Only salary is fixed part. No other benefits.

Dislikes

There is no job security for 6 year's experience guy..no hike since last 2.5 years...too much micromanagement... In a year will get 15 earned leave and it will be carry forward to next FY as count 5...after acuired by Hitachi too much cost cutting and no hike.. Don't fall on track of joining bonus and fixed component.

Work load is nominal. You can easily integrate into a team as fresher.

Dislikes

No salary hike and cheap tricks to tie you down on the same payroll. The new CEO and higher managemenr doesnt give a bats eye to employee expectations.

Work life Balance is good.

Dislikes

No appraisals or salary hikes from last 2 years, when asked the management will say next year it will be surely given. Even if you are a developer they will force you to work on support projects or will ask you to resign. Unprofessional HR, internal politics and favouritism. Suppose you are a backend developer with 4 years of experience but are in the pool, the managers will still hire people from outside for referal bonus.

Company culture and work life is good.

Dislikes

No appraisal, You can get good salary when joining. No job securities No skill development/Learning, if you learned yourself then they didn't provide you opportunities, expecting you'll work as experienced. HR/Management are completely pathetic They don't have good projects, they are handling small projects which can be ramp down any time. You can get handsome salary but with no job security, no skill development/learning. Manager (In my case) behave like they care about you but they are actually making fool you.
