So many Cons here never seen incinteves including in the salary package and worst leadership and not in friendly environment and it one type of corporate school still asking doctor certificate for one day

Everyone is friendly.leads and hr both are very supportive.and no work pressure.

Very less salary given and no promotion no appraisal. Appraisal was 100rs hahaaaa....and no career growth.even u give 6 years in the gl.

no salary growth means yearly the avg they increase per person 200-300 and promotions are giving only political wise who is near to them they will get. one year work is good this company.

On time salary is good. Learnings on various projects. Transportation.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very very poor in this company. Performance evaluations are mostly not fair. If you are on pool, then your job is at risk. Despite this, they don't value the project work/efforts in performance evaluation.

Friendly environment at work place, sure for the job security , transport also well & we all celebrate all the festivals together. For freshers it's a good opportunity to learn the corporate culture of work life.

Salaries are very low , if u got promotion also same,only designation change but not in the salary hike is there , that's the reason there is lot of shrinkage is there.
