...bal logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year.

Only my colleague are good at GL. They work like a family. Unfortunately, the only significant issue I have encountered during my 18 months of service is the consistently low salary with no increments.

Dislikes

Management is recist in my project they treat people like a paid slave whenever they need they force employees to login post login hours without extra wages. At GL management are not displaying cooperative behavior and are instead engaging in mind games and politics, which is highly detrimental to the work environment. This kind of behavior can create a sense of mistrust and frustration among employees, affecting their morale and overall productivity. It is crucial for management to prioritize open communication, transparency, and fairness in order to foster a healthy and productive work environment.

Company has a good client base, and there are client on site and off site working is available according to the project, employee re-hire policy is good, hence a good work life balance culture.

Though fine place to work until you expect a good salary with decent hike every year, although work life is balanced but pressure to achieve the target is always a burden, where quality of work is sacrificed to achieve the numbers every quarter, also its a yearly hike (which they made from july i.e.) which does not go well if you achieve their benchmark as management holds 45% of your annual rating. Here you get designated to a next post but it does not affect your salary anymore, hence giving training to new comers is always left on seniors and they don't even get appreciation or financial bonus,
