Only my colleague are good at GL. They work like a family. Unfortunately, the only significant issue I have encountered during my 18 months of service is the consistently low salary with no increments.

Dislikes

Management is recist in my project they treat people like a paid slave whenever they need they force employees to login post login hours without extra wages. At GL management are not displaying cooperative behavior and are instead engaging in mind games and politics, which is highly detrimental to the work environment. This kind of behavior can create a sense of mistrust and frustration among employees, affecting their morale and overall productivity. It is crucial for management to prioritize open communication, transparency, and fairness in order to foster a healthy and productive work environment.

Job security is good as compared to some other service based company.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.

I got 100% hike from my starting salary 5LPA to 10LPA within 2.5 years. Good work life balance. Good office culture.

Some of the projects are legacy and used VB.net and old tech which is not used in today's fast pace world. I think more office parties should happen.

It is a great place to work as it has flexible working hours and even the teams are also very supportive.It has been awarded as great place to work by Great Place to work institute.You can work on different technologies in which you are interested and for relaxation there is activity clubs and lots of different events are being organised.The most I like about GL is the working environment and culture .For freshers they give a good kickstart salary and the trainings provided to freshers is so good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow and many times freshers face difficulty to get the project of their technology preference.

Likes

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.
