Only my colleague are good at GL. They work like a family. Unfortunately, the only significant issue I have encountered during my 18 months of service is the consistently low salary with no increments.

Management is recist in my project they treat people like a paid slave whenever they need they force employees to login post login hours without extra wages. At GL management are not displaying cooperative behavior and are instead engaging in mind games and politics, which is highly detrimental to the work environment. This kind ofbehavior can create a sense of mistrust and frustration among employees, affecting their morale and overall productivity.
