One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Amazing Company, Young people healthy environment where you can experience ,Full job security if you perform well and maintain your rating near around 3.5 or plus, They give you expensive gifts eg. Smartwatch or sound Bluetooth speaker etc.

The salary hike is quite low here.

Nothing to learn. No opportunities. If you're working as analyst. You have no value in the company. They just want waste your time and mind.. if you want to work there just don't use your brain ...

No Growth. Poor leads. No job security working environment is really poor. Monthly salary is 12k 🤣🤣 . Appraisal (200 to 300 rupees ) yearly.
