Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

In global logic there will be good environment work pressure is less I can do my job very happily without any issues.

The salary and perks will be less and continuous changing of projects that made me discomfort .

Salary in hand is really low u can expect as a fresher salary around 12500 (in-hand). nothing to learn here. Skill development is not good here.

... adhere to their own commitments The hr people are nasty and very very egoistic They just try to deduct salary as much as possible They are unresponsive for queries High salary people get eliminated and they want only low salary people to make better profits

9/10 of the company surviving on client location only and salary is very low especially my project UBER operations
