Toxic management and slowly beginning its non flexible culture. Stopped all goodies, outing in the name of cost cutting. Only work matters for them. They trap workers in the name of promotion. Make them work harder on multiple projects

1. Not all offering portfolios have lucrative salary. 2. Project mapping not on basis of skill, but on the basis of requirement.

Likes

The compensation and perks are really good. People who got into good projects they really have good learning. Everything is about the luck how your being pinged to which project.

Dislikes

Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.

Likes

The office enviroment is chill and benefits are good. Salary structure doesn't have much variables its mpre refined.

Dislikes

The culture has gone down ut rotts with polictics. Favorite culture has completely taken its place and is considered mandatory in the name of networking.

What I like about working here: 1. You have access to a lot of resources so a lot of opportunities to upskill yourself. 2. You will learn things like team management, time management, communication skills and how to work under pressure. 3. You will learn how to network like a pro because that's what most important here. 4. The most important, you will become independent in your career and in your life in general.

Dislikes

...ep Deloitte. Dedicate your life to Deloitte and then maybe you'll have a chance. Bonus: You will be micromanaged a lot if your team is in the same location as you.
