They hire at good salary then will stall your growth for years. Promotion will be delayed giving different reasons and will bring you to same average salary level as per experience.
Current new HR policies are not at all employee friendly.
1) Increased notice period to 90 days
2) No leaves enchashments
3) 3 days work from office mandate
4) Cutting budgets everywhere from gifts to rewards.
If you are in good project, only thing you will get is good exposure to tech and skills.
The growth of salaries for individual from last 4 years is 7%. with 2 years 0% increment
Work Life Balance is pathetic especially in Hitachi and VZ projects.
Skill development is not something that would improve here, because rushing to complete the work is focused than quality work.

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.
