Flexible with Work from. At least till now. Salary always comes on time. Thats all

Work life balance. Need to work 12-13 hrs daily. Along with that forced to take interviews on weekends. No appraisal from last 2.5 year. Very bad management. Very bad practices of cost savings.

If we talk about salary there is very less amount of salary they have paid. This is the only one thing i don’t like about globallogic. Employees don’t get motivated by there salary to give there 100%.

If I talk about company this is really up to the mark... If I talk about management(people) they people were not supporting... Always they had pressure to there new employees(freshers).company policies are good.if your fresher please avoid to go there.if I am giving the rating of company 9/10....management 0/10...now understand what it mean.

Management politics... No growth... Salary is poor for freshers as well as experienced.

...in this organisation. HR always support Lead and Managers as compare to Analyst. Thers is no growth as well package.Leads don’t support their team and if you have leave balance,they mark leave as LWP because it’s their wish, They are Lead and they can do anything.
