...for almost 4 year but I as per my experience it is horrible in all parameter....They took dicision within 1 minute to kickoff there employee with only 2 month salary any time.. they took decison to close the division within 1 minute and click off there employee ....Whatever is your situation......They don't care about it....You gives your golden period to organisation but they don't care......worst experience with gsk..... क्या सोचकर जॉइन किया था....और क्या निकला....😢

Wonderful work culture, No sales pressure, job security is there, we have examples where people actually take retirement in sales, training department is excellent.

Salary is average, promotion point of view very slow growth rate.

Eno and sensodyne is the only means of doing business.

Working culture is not at all worthy. There is no such job security in this organisation Even HR and other functional department has no clue what they are doing Employee needs to pay the amount when they leave

Should treat new joiners as per their experience.... salary for new joiners is very lower scale....new comers to company but working in industry from 5 years... but still not getting adequate perks...
