Thera is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent. But career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joiners.

I came here with 6 years experince but for promotion my experience becomes NIL nd company appoint fresher with salary around 50000. This is totally unfair we trained all new comers but my salary in only 20000 how HUL say that they don't discriminate. Company is good but management and some policies of compensation is too bad. Still some office assistant grade employee are harassed there.

Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success.
