Not that I can think of, just compensation is slightly better.

I'd like to share my feedback regarding the Gentrack India Testing Team, as I believe several issues need attention and one should be aware of it before joining Gentrack India Testing team: 1. Toxic Work Environment: The level of office politics is concerning and negatively impacts team collaboration and morale. 2. Favoritism in Performance Ratings: There seems to be a bias in performance evaluations. For instance, Supriya Sabale received a 5 out of 5 rating without clear justification while many high-performing employees received only 3s, which feels unfair. 3. Accountability Issues: A team lead, Vishal, has been absent for more than 3 months yet continues to receive high ratings, raising questions about accountability, particularly given his friendship with our manager, Sudip Gandhi. 4. Disregard for Employee Well-being: Management often expects employees to come to office even when unwell, which contributes to a toxic atmosphere. 5. Limited Team Lead Authority: The centralized performance evaluation process undermines the role of team leads, preventing them from effectively managing their teams. 6. Favoritism over Talent: It appears that personal relationships play a significant role in evaluations and promotions, overshadowing actual performance. 7. Unprofessional Conduct: Another lead, Vikas, who also comes from Sudip's previous company, frequently speaks rudely to employees, further damaging team morale. I recommend that management address these issues to create a healthier work environment and improve employee morale.
