Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politicas and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

... fresher, i learned so many things such as excels, audit , training etc however in terms of promotion, growth, salary and opportunity i felt it was less than expected.

Dislikes

Mostly salary but i would suggest to follow other company policy as to get an survey to know skill matrix of employee in the market and their value thus accordingly do the raise.

There is no pressure about project tasks and the hybrid mode is very satisfying may be is depend on in which process you are working. Work-life balance is good 👍

The salary is very low . There is no night shift allowance .

Work-life balance becomes meaningless when an experienced professional is paid a meager salary. If compensation isn't aligned with market standards, the balance is already disrupted.
