It's a good platform for freshers and the person who will ready to learn new things and fascinate about there career to develop by gaining good knowledge and experience how the work in MNC and also good opportunity to learn new things and as well as the professionality.

The only drawback for Genpact is paying less Salaries and salary hikes if we get best package we will never ever leave Genpact with my personal experience I am saying that I am very unhappy and sad by leaving the Genpact it was a wonderful company and I am sure that I will not get such and good Team and supporting managers

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.
