The best part about Genpact is the way they have organised their work, relationship with clients and internal operations. Everything is aligned inn such a way that execution of work at operational level is very good compared to other organisations. Work life balance is also very good. Some boot lickers are their which troubles you sometimes but other things are so good to ignore few troubles.

There is no pressure about project tasks and the hybrid mode is very satisfying may be is depend on in which process you are working. Work-life balance is good 👍
