Nothing to like about the company, not even a good pay

Everything!! Including the recruiter behaviour as well while doing the recruitment, just not even offering good salary and misbehaving with the candidate

I really love the love and team working with those people . Genpact is best company u can learn and grow ur skills in training part and we can use in our future

But there will not be growth in career very less package they provide

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.

Work culture is great, everytime you will get someone to help you, along with the learning modules.

CTC is pretty low even after your promotions. It is almost equivalent to previous overall salary with current in hand salary.

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.
