If you are looking a semi government job then genpact is perfect. Job security is very nice work culture also very good but some company policies not helping to employee management also nice.

...pact employes no innovation here doing same job without new thing will get bore. Work life balance is good provide 2 days to weekoff , and major drawback is salary don't expect much salry here it's doesn't matter you are team Star or smart employee they promote only favourite person if anyone wants to do a job in Genpact then 2 and 3 years is sufficient here but don't make a carrier here.

It's very good environment to work in Genpact,friendly nature. I am glad to work with my team they are very supportive with me. We can learn will working that is most I like in this company. overall I'm glad to work in this company.

Comp & Benefits - Genpact is undoubtedly the worst company when it comes to Compensation & Benefits, you will end up getting 5 - 6% appraisal if you are an Average or Above Average performer. If you are in top

Job security is good,they won't fire you at any cost. Separation is possible in case you want to leave.

Mediclaim policy is not good, it's too low in today's time. Compensation and pay scale is worst, really needs to match the market criteria

Don't consider Genpact as a company you can consider this company as college. Where the syllabus is same for everyone however it is totally consider your learning apetite how your grasp the knowledge and make yourself ready to achieve future goal.
