Salary on time or Saturday sunday off other wise every thing is normal

Wam - you have to press laptop button for 7.5 hrs daily even if you are in office . If you can’t do that then you have to face very high dent on your vic incentive. So bad and wfh policy are very unclear Fix salary - fix salary is very low very low If you want promotion then you have to wait for long time very long time Work from home - if my process can easily maintain From home so why we need to go office please continue work from home culture In office there is nothings is free food is not free or even tea of coffee free this is really bad. So please my advice to everyone join Genpact for some time after that leave it

Genpact is better company than any company ...Job security is 💯 and work environment is amazing...You will feel peace while working at genpact as there is no work pressure but salary is average.

I would suggest you wont go for this company,strange and useless policies dont care about employee situations, worst ever.

If you are looking a semi government job then genpact is perfect. Job security is very nice work culture also very good but some company policies not helping to employee management also nice.

...pact employes no innovation here doing same job without new thing will get bore. Work life balance is good provide 2 days to weekoff , and major drawback is salary don't expect much salry here it's doesn't matter you are team Star or smart employee they promote only favourite person if anyone wants to do a job in Genpact then 2 and 3 years is sufficient here but don't make a carrier here.
